Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using any of the PET VALET services and sites , and any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.
PET VALET may collect personal data, including but not limited to names, identification documents, proof of address, personal references, e-mail addresses, home address, contact telephone number, user’s pet related data, photographs, copies of utility bills , receipts or correspondence, and other information which must be freely provided by our users.
Pet Valet may collect general location information . That is, inferred from your IP address, or specific geolocation provided with your consent. For example, we may request geolocation information of Pet Care Providers when they are being requested by pet owners and / or when they are rendering services for Pet Owners.
During the rendering of services, we may also ask you for financial information for payment purposes, including, but not limited to your billing name; billing address; credit, debit, bank card or PayPal account information; or any other information that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate (“Payment Information”). We will not store your Payment Information on our database. Once you provide us with your Payment Information to us, we will forward the information to our third party payment processor, who will only use your Payment Information to process your payment of the ordered products.
HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?
We may collect information that you provide directly to us through the following methods:
● When you use our Services, when you register for an account, request a service from a Caregiver, or communicate with a Pet Owner looking for services from a Pet Caregiver;
● When you fill out forms;
● When you request customer support;

the services we offer through our Site.
Automatically obtained data:
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
Device and Usage Information

Innovate, improve, develop and implement new promotional campaigns for products and services; Design and offer new products and services through the management of permanent analysis of preferences, tastes and profile of Users in demographic aspects and consumption habits, consultation of balances, among others. Perform identity checks, background checks in databases, identity checks and address verification, telephone interviews, home visits, and tasks related with fraud prevention. Support the adequate provision of the services offered by the Site. Perform day to day administrative tasks. Communicate through various channels, promotions, novelties, products and services related to the products and services offered and marketed by PET VALET, allow and facilitate communication by and between the users with Pet Valet and between the users , in connection to the services rendered by the Site.
Use for the different purposes indicated above and including delivery of commercial and advertising information related to the products and / or services that PET VALET offers, may be exercised through means such as (I) e-mails, (ii) text messages (SMS) and / or (iii) telephone calls (cell phones or landlines), (iv) electronic inquiries.
Due Diligence: We may share or disclose certain information, in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Pet Valet may use third-party web analytics services, such as those of Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described above to help analyze how users use the Services, including by noting the third-party website from which they arrive. The information collected by the technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who will then use that to evaluate use of the Services. Pet Valet also uses Google Analytics for certain purposes related to advertising. User acknowledges that the authorization for the use of their Data is provided voluntarily, for the purposes informed by PET VALET, and that they understand that such data will be part of a file and / or database.
User authorizes PET VALET to share its Personal Data with PET VALET commercial allies and providers for purposes related to the use of the platform by the
owner. Likewise, user authorizes PET VALET and its commercial allies to use their Personal Data for PET VALET’s own management and within the scope of commercial alliances entered by PET VALET to generate value to its offerings. Therefore, User authorizes PET VALET to preserve, update, process, consult and treat Data in the ways established in this Policy.
PET VALET clarifies that, although the handling of data provided by its Users is carried out by PET VALET personnel, it may also be carried out by contractors and / or service providers, who will be contractually obliged to use, protect and keep such
information as confidential solely for the purposes indicated by PET VALET.

PET VALET will share information with government agencies or other companies in order to collaborate in the prevention of fraud or investigation. Said disclosure will be made when: (1) is requested or allowed according to applicable law; Or, (2) when seeking to protect against fraud or fraud prevention or unauthorized transactions; Or (3) to contribute to a fraud investigation that has already occurred. Personal data is kept secure and only authorized system administrators of the Site have access to this information.
The platform is an environment of interrelation of individuals and / or legal entities, created for the purpose of exchanging products and / or services.
